I agree with you Susan in hopes it is not Brian either. Although I liked Brian from season 1, I do think he has a slightly darker side to him that doesn’t seem like Olivia would fall for. I mean come on Carissa wasn’t even cold yet nor did he show any remorse after her death and wham bam he’s willing to make a second go of it with Olivia? We know from the episode Presumed Guilty “hand” episode her boyfriend is caucasion which makes me think it is David but I always hold out hope for Dean Porter but that dying wish is slim to none

I think it is Cassidy. It’s definitely not Haden because I noticed from the Christmas episode where Benson goes on a plane, the hand of the mystery lover looked like the color of the skin was lighter. Haden has more of a tan. But if it is Cassidy, not sure why the writers want to make him a mystery. Since we did see them kiss in the beginning of the season.

I think that its Elliot , the “hand” was the same color as his compkexion and he isnt in the unit anymore so no conflict of interest. They always had love for each other and all the svu fans wanted to see them together. So i hope they bring him back to the show. Go team Oliviot !!!

Elliot and Olivia ALWAYS had that relationship, they just couldn’t act on it. In January Christopher Meloni made a statement that he thinks fans on the show were ripped of by his exit with Benson and would be more than willing to come back! I think its Stabler! Nobody else makes sense why hide Cassidy they have been down that road already? Haden was good for her but no reason to keep secret if he isn’t an ADA?

I think I’m the only one who wished it would be Alex, now we all know it is a man, but they have more chemistry together on screen, I’ve never saw Olivia so passionate as she is with Alex Cabot, but let us all let Warren Leight destroy our dreams by putting her together with HCJ(argh), Meloni(who was always more like a brother) or even worst Brian Cassidy( some one night stand she never wanted to be with).Oh my…I just wish Neal Baer would come back.

Aiiiight, I really don’t think it’s Elliot…I think Elliot would not stray from his wife & family. As for Cassidy..I hope not; he’s kinda squirrelly. Tho’ I could see her hooking up w/him for a quick tryst. Olivia & Haden have been played out…as for Bayard, I only get the feeling of old friends from them, & no chemistry. Now, I do havta agree w/Isis’s post…I am thinking it is Barba. They def have chemistry..& did you all see them walking so close together w/their coffees on Wednesday’s 2/27 episode? Just sayin’….

Liv and David had good chemistry while it lasted and your right Susan there’s is no more conflict that can be a barrier for their relationship to progress 
One thing I caught in the episode Justice Denied when bayard visits him at his office David is wearing his wedding ring and if I’m not mistaken he told Liv his kids live with his EX-WIFE so why is he wearing a wedding ring if he’s divorced? I’m sorry but Olivia and Bayard, no chemistry between them that I picked up on just a trusted friendship.
I wish it was Bayard Ellis, though I know its not. Even in last season episode,Liv came out and asked Bayard if any of his angst over revealing her and David Haden’s affair was jealousy over her and David. I love Andre Braugher in any role, but in this one he is superb.I do wonder, though when she went to such lengths to keep her affair with David hidden, why would she risk getting involved again so quickly?I think its David,again since he left his job as ADA.There’s no longer a conflict of interest between their jobs.I really hope its not Brian Cassidy. She may have history with him but he seems so sketchy to me….lol
