I’ve been getting a lot of emails and messages about the video so I decided to post it a few days early. Thank you to everyone who participated. This would not have been possible without you! This has been a long process, we we started working on this since last August and I really appreciate all your hard work to help me put together something special for Mariska and the Joyful Heart Foundation. I’m really proud of this video and I hope you are too! Leave your comments below and feel free to tweet the Joyful Heart Foundation the video.
Mariska Hargitay’s birthday is on January 23rd and I wanted to do something for her as well as benefit the Joyful Heart Foundation. I decided to organize a sexual assault campaign video. Fans were asked to display their fact as written messages or in another creative way without speaking.
MUSIC: “You’re Beautiful” by James Blunt (Instrumental), “This Year’s Love” by David Gray (Instrumental), “Slow Dancing in a Burning Room” by John Mayer (Instrumental)
Also, I uploaded a picture of the wall hanging. Some of the words came out a little blurry but it’s just the picture. You can see everything perfectly on the actual wall hanging. You can view the picture here. Let me know what you think of that as well.
And lastly, I’m still accepting donations for the Joyful Heart Foundation. As of now we have raised $1205. I’ll be accepting donations until January 23rd. Find out how you can donate here.
Thank you again for all of your support these last few months! This turned out to be a bigger project than I ever imagined it would be.
